www.EZGOtravel.id website (“Site”) is managed by EZGO travel (“we”). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge, read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Use we have set.
We may change, add, modify, add and remove the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please read the terms periodically and comply with all applicable provisions at EZGO travel.
1.1. EZGO travel provides an online platform with content for travel packages, tours, and activities, hotels, car rentals, etc. Users can access and order services provided by the Site or other services in cooperation with EZGO travel.
1.2. Users will get a booking confirmation via email by EZGO travel.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time if there are price changes, restrictions in regulations, indications of crime, theft, fraud, fake orders, and services that are no longer available by the Vendor.
1.4. Each payment must be made directly to the account belonging to EZGO travel or any other payment method provided on the site. We are not responsible for all User errors in making payment transactions.
2.1. Cancellation of reservations must be made no later than 1×24 hours by the User. We will charge full fees to users if the notification is made less than 1×24 hours.
2.2. Cancellation fee refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
2.3. Cancellation fees vary depending on the vendor’s policy and your ordered service.
2.4. By placing an order or reservation through the Site, we acknowledge that you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Vendor. This includes cancellation policies, additional fees and no service and your special requests to Vendors.
2.5. EZGO Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking if there is damage or harm to the user caused by natural disaster events (flood, earthquake, lightning, storm), epidemic, riot, declaration of war, military action, terrorist act, bankruptcy or bankruptcy of the Vendor, etc.
3.1. We will charge a full one-day rental fee according to the type of vehicle if the notification of rental cancellation is made less than 1×24 hours.
3.2. The rental cancellation refund process is a maximum of 7 working days.
3.3. The rental duration per 1 day is equal to 24 hours.
3.4. The renter does not mind if we conduct a survey, verify data and documents with the relevant agencies before the car rental acc process.
3.5. Prospective renters are willing to provide original KTP / other original documents to EZGO, and will be able to be retrieved after the handover of the unit and all administration has been done.
3.6. All cars are equipped with All Risk insurance.
3.7. The renter is required to pay an insurance claim fee of Rp. 300,000 in the event of an accident, and continue to pay the car rental fee from the rental price as long as the car is under repair.
3.8. Rental fee of 30% per hour of the car rental price will be charged if the renter delays to return of the vehicle unit.
3.9. Delivery and pick-up of vehicles must be done at the EZGO office location.
3.10. Renters are strictly PROHIBITED to transfer, lend, pawn, sell vehicles to any party. As well as other things that are detrimental to EZGO.
3.11. The rental party has the right to take security measures or take the vehicle unilaterally if it is necessary to take security measures, and the renter to release all legal claims related to the actions taken by the rental party.
3.12. Make sure to return your luggage when returning the unit. EZGO is not responsible for any form of lost items left in the vehicle.
3.13. The renter is willing to provide a deposit of Rp. 300,000 to the rental party. The deposit will be returned after the renter returns the vehicle in whole or in the same condition as when the renter took the car.
3.14. The use of vehicles is only allowed for the Bali area and it is PROHIBITED to bring vehicles outside the island of Bali.
4.1. EZGO Travel has the full right to change, suspend, and discontinue or discontinue this Site, including the services provided therein, at any time without any prior notice or reason to you.
4.2. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension on this site.
5.1. We provide lower prices/promotions at certain times. This may require different terms and conditions relating to booking and refund policies.
5.2. The promotions offered will be notified through EZGO Travel’s official social media or directly on the Site.
5.3. If there is a promotion given directly by the Vendor directly, then the rights and authority for the promotion are fully held by the Vendor and may not apply to bookings through EZGO Travel.
